• All bank holidays bookings are an £15 on top of the hair service price.

All remaining T&C’s will still apply during this timeframe, so please make sure you are adding your add on’s when making a booking. For your appointment you must come alone therefore you cannot come accompanied by anyone to your booking.

5x5/6x6 Closure  
This closure is perfect to achieve the mini frontal illusion and it will create a more natural look to your install which is much easier to maintain than a frontal. This closure is great if you want an easy alternative than a frontal as it can be glued /glue-less.

Frontal 
Vicky wouldn't recommend this service on beginners as the maintenance is very high and this service needs to be glued frequently as we do not offer glue-less installs. if you have a Low hairline please avoid purchasing a 13*4 Frontal, please purchase a 13*6 to achieve a natural look and for more plucking space.

Lace density
Please purchase a preplucked frontal with a low density. Density 120% to 150% are the most suitable. 

Lace colour
For Lighter skin complexion - Transparent / HD or Swiss  Lace is suitable.
For Brown or darker skin complexion - Light brown lace HD or Swiss Lace is suitable.

If you are not sure please send us a message to confirm this 

 

Please avoid buying from Temu, SHEIN and Amazon for bundles, lace and wigs as they look very unnatural and Vicky will not be able to work with it.

We accept Pre-made wigs & Gluing services on wigs that are not made by Vicky.

 
FRONTAL & CLOSURE HAIR DROP OFF:

1. Please ensure your NAME & APPOINTMENT DATE is attached to the bag/parcels. (Please do not post any hair to 134 Meanwood road LS7 2AQ) Please text 07960146809 for the drop-off/postage address once your service has been booked.
2. If your hair is not received 4 DAYS PRIOR your appointment will be cancelled. Any later will result in a late fee of £15. We wont accept your frontal or closure on the day of your appointment.
3. Please make sure your PRE-MADE UNIT fits your head size before shipping or dropping off hair to avoid your appointment being cancelled .
4. PLEASE TEXT TO CONFIRM IF YOUR HAIR HAS BEEN DELIVERED. This allows us to keep track of all deliveries coming in and will guarantee we've received your hair for your booking.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 

To book an appointment we require a non-refundable deposit, the remaining balance must be paid in 

CASH ONLY.

Rescheduling can only take place within 48 hours of booking your original appointment. You can only reschedule once.

EVENING APPOINTMENTS

Evening appointments start from 5PM are an additional £15. Please select the evening fee as an add on when booking .

EARLY START FEE:

Customers who require an early appointment before Vicky's opening times have the option to book that separately at the cost of £40.

LATE FEE:

Customers will be charged a late fee of £10 after 10 minutes. If Vicky is running late, she will offer a discount towards your booking. Once the customer is late by 20 minutes the appointment will automatically be cancelled as it would delay Vicky's next appointment time and NO REFUND will be given.

EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS:

These are available subject to Vicky’s availability. Please text 07960146809 to book this. This is charged at £15 extra.

DEPOSIT:

Please note deposits are non-refundable. Clients are able to reschedule within 48 hours of booking but please note your that deposit aare still non-refundable. To reschedule please message 07960146809.

CANCELLATION:

If you want to cancel your appointment please let us know at least 48 hours before the appointment. Please do send a message to say you won’t attend your appointment to avoid being banned from the booking system. Please note deposits are non-refundable.
